  360° Product Testing employs proven proprietary recruitment systems to harvest reliable applicants who are unlikely to be of the usual study participant type (one who seeks to maximize earnings and free products through participation in as many studies as possible, with little interest in or intent of providing valid usage/study information).
  
  Several to many thousand applicants will be screened over a period of days to a couple of weeks in order to yield the desired sample group from the target demographic.

• Expert Product Review
  

  An expert product review is where 360° uses extensive testing experience and expertise to evaluate a cleaning product or specific aspects of that product. Based on such evaluations, 360° will identify potential issues and may also recommend or prescribe related improvements.
  
  Expert reviews can be performed in tandem with product trials, where the expert review examines the root causes of issues flagged during the trials, or, where the findings and insights of the reviews are reflected in the product trial´s tasking.
  
  Properly implemented documentation, packaging, product and promotional modifications based on expert reviews, with or without product trials, leads to more usable and satisfying cleaning products, positive referrals, fewer returns, and decreased after sale support.
